Training Protocol

How do we do what we do, and what makes our training protocol so superior?

Elite Fitness Bootcamp/TEAM CrossFit are San Gariel Valley's only training Team dedicated to the Four Powers. We focus on:

Drills and Skills That Are Ground Based: We do our best to train in standing positions. We can then progress from two legs stable, to two legs unstable. We then progress to drills done on one leg stable, to one leg unstable. Most of the things that we do require strength, balance, and coordination. This will occur only while standing up.

Movements That Are Complex: Most of the time, we train the entire body at the same time. We use multi-joint, multi-muscle exercises that require the core to stabilize dynamic motions of the upper and lower body. This will produce the best results.

Movements That Are Explosive: We love to train our CrossFitters by producing forces through acceleration and deceleration. We train the body to be prepared for sudden movements, and this will improve performance and help decrease the risk of injury.

Drills and Skills That Are Functional: We exercise using movements that will enhance daily tasks. We will help improve the quality of daily living by improving motor skills through dynamic motion.
