The Experience
We guide you every step of the way
Class Up
Our Bootcamp Programs are designed in 6 week cycles. Registration for these cycles opens two weeks prior to the start dates. During this time, a potential candidate will contact our recruiting department, fill out the registration forms, submit payment, receive the course reading materials, and show up on the first class date physically and mentally prepared for the Fitness Assessment. The Fitness Assessment will challenge all aspects of the 10 Components of Fitness. Expect to jump, push, pull, sprint, climb, sit-up, squat, and throw. You will be timed on the 1 mile run, and on the completion of all your events. Normally, there is a 35 minute time standard. Every cycle the Fitness Assessment changes...
Training Evolutions
As the Program progresses, our Bootcampers learn technique and form, plyometrics and explosive drills, speed and agility drills, and are educated about performance nutrition. Each week the cycle becomes harder and harder. You can expect to see a sharp rise in work capacity...you will feel muscles ache that you didn't even know you had before. You will learn how to properly handle Dumbbells, Kettlebells, and Medicine Balls.
Mid Cycle Assessment
The shining light. Half way through our cycle, we repeat the Fitness Assessment for three reasons: 1. The Assessment is an empirical way to provide data to the Bootcampers proving that they are getting fitter. 2. It marks the halfway point for those that need an extra boost of motivation. 3. It represents the beginning of Hell Week. Upon completion of the Mid Cycle Assessment our Bootcampers prepare for a massive increase of intensity which will last for the last three weeks. The end of cycle Assessment awaits at the end of Week 6.
Graduation
In order to successfully "Graduate" from our course and EARN our coveted Certificate of Excellence and Team Shirt, you must achieve 3 things: 1. 85% attendance rating. 2. Complete at LEAST the Fitness Assessment on Week 1 AND Week 6. 3. Improve within your Assessment. We acknowledge these achievements by awarding those who performed at our massive Graduation Ceremonies. We invite Bootcampers, family, and friends to our Week 6 Friday night Graduation Ceremony to celebrate the accomplishments of those who made the grade. We have a saying here in the Teams..."Earned, Not Issued." This phrase echos loudly and these Certificates cannot be bought...as a matter of fact, nothing here can be bought...you must EARN everything.
Commit To The Team
Upon successful Graduation you will have the opportunity to join our Team for 6 months or 12 months. Again, no one can BUY this opportunity. It must be earned. You will be offered a very cost-effective way to be a part of one of the most supportive, athletic, competitive, educational Teams in the San Gabriel Valley. We travel all over Southern California and partake in races, games, seminars, and competitions. Don't be fooled by other Bootcamps pretending to be extreme or original. If they are not powered by CROSSFIT...then you are wasting your time. If you truly want to excel in life...we have a spot for you.
